The Train to Gain initiative is funded through the Learning and Skills Council (LSC). Its aim is to provide training solutions for local businesses and organisations through training providers, such as ourselves. "74% of employers are already using Train to Gain in order to improve their employee´s job-related skills." (LSC, 2008)
